Hi,
It differs for each IIT and also depends on the students who are appearing for placements. The average salary packages will be around 10-20 lakhs but the lowest salary was below 5 lakhs also. The highest package ever offered by Microsoft at IIT, Kanpur was 1.34 crores per annum (around 11 lakhs
