According to my experience, average salary for a computer engineer fresher vary from 2.2 LPA to 5 LPA.

The average salary depends on the state. For example, here is a list-
In Bangalore: 7-8 lacs
In Kolkata: 3-4 lacs
In Delhi: 8-10 lacs
The salary also depends upon your skills and experience.
