Average salary @ IRMA is around 8 lacs. Companies coming at IRMA for placement are spread across various sectors. So even If you are a fresher, you have done well in your 2 years course, you have equal chance of getting selectedYour graduation background and experience matters to some extent, but not much. Ultimately you are a RURAL MANAGER after 2 years, which has a niche, special skill sets, it gives you edge over many competitors in future.
