The average salary offered is Rs 4-5 lakhs per annum. Normally experienced students get better salaries than freshers. Finance and Marketing streams got higher packages compared to HR. When I spoke to seniors, they said that which specialization gets better salary actually varies from year to year.

Hi, The recruitment for the students who are going to graduate in May 2017 will start in January 2017. NSB normally starts placement process very early (at least 4-5 months before the date of graduation). So, I am giving you the placement statistics of the season 2016. The average salary offered during 2016 Jan-March was approximately around Rs 4 lakhs to Rs 4.5 lakhs.
