The type of job you get depends on your two years you spent at IIM, your grades, your extracurricular and internship. Your final placement salary may range from 1 crore to 50,000 or so per month and it depends on the IIM you study in. Here are the median and the highest salaries offered to students

Hi there, There is no average salary package as such as not every student gets placed and also the offers given are different to every student by different companies. However, the salary package can be as high as 25 LPA or as low as 12 LPA. The salary packages differ from company to company.
