8 years agoIt is wrong, CTC or annual package is not your in hand. It has added cost of TA, DA, Food coupon, HRA, tax, reimbursement, professional tax, etc. So be clever and check the average take-home salary always. Even sometimes surprisingly, office space rent (occupied by you) is added to your CTC. -
