Dear,
Salary in any organisation depends on many factors, in which Experience, Job knowledge, suitability and a bit of luck plays major role.
Organisation to organization the salary offered are different, but as an average the salary for a fresher could start from 10k - 15 k.

Such segregation is confidential with the management but i can assure you that placements in HR are very promising in IFMR with companies like Vedanta and TCS coming for HR recruitments and the overall average package offered for all streams is around 8.5 lakh p.a
