Hi Arathi,
As far i would be able to comment on something like a salary bracket, there are several factors depending on which the salaries are structured and the few of the most important ones being academic brilliance, knowledge depth, company profile and reputation and all these are not possible

First it depends upon yr College From Which College you Are Doing B.Tech . Else you Can get 2.75 - 3.75 Lakhs Per Annum.
