The average package for freshers in Noida campus is 7.5 Lakhs (depending on the preparation and student's potential). The campus has very experienced faculty because of which the college standouts from the other colleges. There is a safe and healthy environment for girls. The campus is the state of art modern campus with very good infrastructure. It has a lot of open and green spaces in a beautiful environment. Campus has state of the art classrooms and an auditorium for conducting various events, computer labs, and well-equipped library. IILM do assists with placements. The institution has a robust placement cell called the Career Development Center (CDC) which is headed by a senior industry professional and is well connected with different sectors of industry. Also, the number of companies visiting the campus for placements each year is more than 200. Last year 180 companies visited IILM for the final placement. The help extended to the students for the placements throughout the year with different activities. 1. Company-Specific Workshops 2. Mock GD and PI Sessions 3. Online Aptitude Tests 4. How to solve Guess Estimates 5. Mock Session on Case-Based Interviews 6. Students are exposed to the experts of the industry The Placement Activity begins in August every year and ends by March. To name a few the companies visiting campus are Cadbury, HDFC, Amazon, Marico, Colgate Palmolive, Protiviti, EY, Deloitte, Coffee Day Beverages, Mazars, Dentsu Aegis, Berger Paints.

Avarage package is 6.5 lakhs for freshers. Greater Noida is the oldest campus and this the only campus of IILM which is accrediated by AIU ad NBA along with AICTE. Not all the students are willing to get placed some have their own family businesses as well. But students willing to join in a company after the course IILM provides them the platform. Most of the faculties are doctorate and from distinguished b- Schools like IIM, FMS etc.
