What is the base of campus recruitment. I mean whether company recruits considering the pgdm result & graduation result or profile based.

Hii subhasis, see company is looking for confident person and who has a knowledge about the field. The placement process is going in campus, and avg. Person below avg. Person means who has less marks in graduation nd all they all getting placed. So subhasis only for few compny it may consider but mo
