B.Tech is much vaster curriculum than B.Sc. Generally, B.Tech is 4 years programme, whereas B.Sc is 3 years programme. B.Tech is Bachelor of technology and B.Sc is Bachelor of Science. After completing 3 years B.Sc Degree, you get lateral entry 2nd year B.Tech courses. B.Sc is more theoretical approach, whereas B.Tech has theoretical and practical approach toward learning.

B.Sc is primarily for the studying pure sciences and related theory. B.Tech Deals with application of the same. So, it requires more problem solving skills.
