Dear Monica, MBA is Post Graduate Degree while PGDM is post graduate diploma.For sure Post graduation will be preferred in employment than post graduate diploma. Secondly, if you are having Post Graduate Degree then you can enroll for M.Phill or Ph.D. but with PGDM you cannot.
