What is the basic eligibility and admission process for an HSC student looking at pursuing his engineering from the US

i am currently preparing for my 12th board exams and have a reasonably good score in sat..i want to pursue my higher studies from abroad(engineering).at the time of the filling of application forms will they demand my 12th board marksheet?

Yes! They will demand your 12th marksheet at the time of submission of application. If your marksheet is not available at that time, you would simply have to tell them that the mark sheet is not available and they would waive of the marksheet requirement for the time being. Note* You would have to
