What is the basic eligibility criteria for becoming a lecturer in the commerce field

I have a BCom degree & CA Inter, I have 6yrs work exp. in tax. I now want to become a lecturer in commerce field, what are the requirements?

Hi On the basis of this you cannot become a lecturer however you have following option: do B.Ed and M.Ed and also M.Com This will take at least 2 to 4 years and after this you will be eligible to teach commerce at junior level college the other option is complete M.com with 60% and more and meanwhil
