    Surely you can pursue Diploma in Business Administration , that also from UGC recognised universities. The basic eligibility for getting admission in a diploma course is 10th so you have the basic qualification to pursue Diploma course. Your work experience would help you in understanding the concepts and studying the subjects with a broader view.

    Diploma in Finance, Budget and Accounting (DFBA)
    Minimum Duration: 1 Year
    Maximum Duration: 4 Years
    Course Fee: Rs. 9,000
    Minimum Age: No bar
    Maximum Age: No bar
    Eligibility:
    10+2 or equivalent qualification from any recognised institutions or 10th standard with three years experience in Panchayati Raj Institutions and/or NGOs working at grassroot levels with Panchayati Raj Institutions.
