What is the basic eligibility for doing B.Tech

Sir., i had finished my 2 in the year 2005 . my marks in 2 , physics - 143, chemistry - 113, and maths - 91 ...... three subjects cut off - 57.8% , my age 23( 17.01.1988), am i eligible to study b tech , as per niorms of AICTE 20011-2012 Batch sir. from tirupur sir pls advise. Venkatesh 09994101
