What is the basic eligibility to get admission for the MS program in reputed universities in the US

Hello every one. I got GRE score 910. B.E mechanical - 70%. My friend told that if i get around 100 in TOEFL, my chances of getting into a university are good. Please help me out over this issue.

Your GRE score is low. It would be very difficult to get admission even in a 3rd tier university. I won't deny that you would find some universities that would accept your score but it would be a foolish decision spending so much money and pursuing your education from a below average university. It
