What is the basic eligibility to pursue MBA in HR?

A Bachelor’s degree is required in any discipline aggregated to minimum 50 percentile. Crack any one of the CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT and TANCET to study at top B-schools. Work hard to clear the examination.

One must have Bachelor’s degree in any stream either B.Com. B.Sc or BBA and an entrance exam test score. The eligibility tests for admission into MBA are CAT, CMAT, ICET, CAT, XAT, MAT, SNAP, etc.

Hi Pratiksha, First of all, I would like to tell you that you have not mentioned the place where do you want to go for MBA? If I give you answer on general base then it will like the basic qualification required for admission in MBA are following. 1. A minimum of 50% marks in your 3 or 4 years Bachelor degree from a recognised university. 2. There is no minimum or maximum age limit to pursue this course. 3. There are no fixed number of attempts for any of the entrance exams like CAT MAT XAT etc. 4. A final year student of Bachelors degree may also apply for this course but at the time of admission, he must have to submit the documents of his Bachelor's degree. 5. If you are a 3-year diploma holder and 5 years of working experience in the corporate field then you are eligible for your MBA ( in the case of Symbiosis College Pune in distance learning mode). 6. if you have passed your 10+2 and having a 6-year professional experience/ managerial supervision then you are also eligible for MBA ( in case of IGNOU distance MBA only) All the best.
