If you want to learn java program online, so this is not the right decision for your career.
I think you must do the course in any well-respected training center such as - Koenig Solutions

Although there is no such compulsory eligibility criteria required to pursue Java, but then it is preferred that the student should be from the software background and should have knowledge of C++ language.

There is as such no Basic Qualification for Learning Java but you can learn after your 12th Standard.
