    Hi,
    BBA is often taken as a stepping stone towards an MBA. It is most often taken up by a candidate who would like to start their own business or by those who would like to be part of the management department rather than just work as a staff in the company.
    With only a BBA degree, you might not be able to easily climb up the career ladder and will need a good number of years before you reach the management level. However, with a post graduation in MBA, you will get a jump start into the managerial level.

    BBA is the first and foremost step to pursue business studies at the higher level, it is considered to be a stepping stone into the corporate world after pursuing your Master's degree. BBA refers to Bachelors in business administration and MBA refers to Masters in business administration. Both are related and the only difference is that in BBA, you will learn the basics and in MBA, you will specialize in a certain specific subject and study case studies of the same.
