What is the benefit of pursuing MBA after completion of BBA?

Hi, BBA is often taken as a stepping stone towards an MBA. It is most often taken up by a candidate who would like to start their own business or by those who would like to be part of the management department rather than just work as a staff in the company. With only a BBA degree, you might not be able to easily climb up the career ladder and will need a good number of years before you reach the management level. However, with a post graduation in MBA, you will get a jump start into the managerial level. Having BBA as your degree before MBA would give you a strong base required to complete the MBA course. However, it is not always necessary to have a BBA degree in order to do an MBA. Infact having a diverse background would give you other benefits as well. For example, taking up MBA after B.Tech would help you become a good manager in the technical fields. If you are already pursuing BBA, I would suggest you to do your post graduation in MBA as well in order have a better career growth in the corporate world.

Your BBA degree would provide you with the solid foundation you need to successfully complete the MBA programme. However, a BBA is not usually required in order to pursue an MBA. In fact, having a diversified background would also benefit you in other ways. For instance, pursuing an MBA after earning a B.Tech degree will help you become a successful manager in technological sectors. If you are already pursuing a BBA I advise you to complete an MBA after graduation in order to advance your career in the corporate sector.

BBA is the first and foremost step to pursue business studies at the higher level, it is considered to be a stepping stone into the corporate world after pursuing your Master's degree. BBA refers to Bachelors in business administration and MBA refers to Masters in business administration. Both are related and the only difference is that in BBA, you will learn the basics and in MBA, you will specialize in a certain specific subject and study case studies of the same. I have done my BBA and now will be completing my MBA. I have been benefitted after doing BBA as my concepts are clear regarding many subjects like marketing, accounting, logistics, HRM, finance, etc. these fields basics relatively help you in doing your Masters programmes. So if you want to do MBA then you should do BBA properly. It is not necessary that you have to do BBA but if you are pursuing it then do it more thoroughly. It will help you a lot. All the best!

After completion of BBA, MBA is the best option. After the completion of MBA, you can get good job opportunities with an average package of 6 LPA. You can also become an entrepreneur.
