As per my knowledge, Engineering has more scope than B.Sc. Engineering is one of the most popular courses in India and there are many institutes that offer the course to aspiring students. B.Tech degrees are more career-centered which implies that most of the graduates will easily be able to secure a job after the completion of the degree. The jobs would depend on the specialisation of the B.Tech degree. A few good universities for B.Tech are:
    University of Mumbai, Mumbai
    Geeta University, Panipat
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University Hyderabad
    Karnataka State Open University Mysore
    Chandigarh University
    SRM
    Sharda University.

Engineering is a more technical oriented study than B.Sc. And they both have different uses in different areas. I would say that engineering will be a bit tough to study but has wide application in the market and if done through tier one or tier two college then you will surely get a good job with decent package.
