The best depends on your interest. If you have interest in technology, then go for B.Tech and if you are interested in creative structures, then take B.Arch.

B.tech stands for bachelor of technology. we see from it name itself dat it deals with technology. B.tech is a field of engineering. where as
B.arch stands for bachelor of architecture. we see clearly from its name that it deals with architecture.
it totally depends on ur intrest that which field u chose.
