For IIT JAM, Elementary Organic Spectroscopy: Principle and Chemical Applications by Sharma Y. R. Analytical Chemistry: An Introduction by D. A. Skoog, DM West and F. J. Holler and S. R. These are the books you can refer.

Samvedna publication books are also good. One can follow them to get into the concepts involved in the subject. Eduncle study material is also good.
