Hello vishesh,
All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) conducts National level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) twice a year i.e. first in September, and Second in February for selection of suitable students in all management programmes approved by AICTE. Each Candidate is eligible

For preparing Cmat you can refer Quant Aptitude by Tata Magraw Hill, Competitive Examinations Tips, Techniques, And Short-cut Methods by Guha Abhijit.
