What is the best college for PGDM having its fee under 3 lakhs?

Hi,
In my opinion, the best B-school is for PGDM is Sydenham (SIMSREE), located in south Mumbai. It offers PGDBM degree (equivalent to PGDM) as its 2 years full time course. The tuition fees is only Rs 1.38 lakhs (excluding hostel fees) and the average package offered last year was around Rs 10 LPA
