Well I can suggest one of the best college in Punjab that I know and would provide you quality education is PCTE Group of Institutes. The reason I'm saying this is because I literally have experience it as I have graduated from the college. Every concept that we did, we understood the practical implication behind it, that's the reason my college has a record of holding 43 gold medals in university examination.
