It depends upon your interest. If you are interested in teaching job then you can go for M.Tech but if that is not your cup of tea then you go for MBA. MBA also is offering different specializations these days according to ones interest.

You have the following options
1. MTech/MS in Civil
2. MBA in Infrastructure Management from colleges like UPES etc.
Earnings Details Fresher: Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 a month. With experience: Rs 50,000 to Rs 90,000 a month. 15-20 years experience: upwards of Rs 1 lakh a month
