What is the best course option after B.Sc Computer Science?
I am pursuing B.Sc (Statistics, Maths, Computer Science). I have interest in Computer Science.

You can apply into any of the IIIT's in India for specialised Masters courses in IT. You have to appear in CAT or any other exam like JMET or XAT. Their are almost 6 Government IIIT's in India, including Allahbad, Gwalior, Orissa, Jabalpur, Kerela etc. Their fees is also lower then private IIIT's in
