What is the best for indian students to studying in canada? SPP or University ?

i am B.E (EC) student wanna go for canada for further study.and i wanna know SPP program is Gud enough or it is the incme source for canada? SPP provide master degree ? iafter BE from india can i go for master directly there?

after BE u cant go directly u must go through TOFEL or GRE+ some stages(depending upon university reputation) it is mandatory.do from university it is always best for your future.
