    GRE Scoring Verbal Reasoning Quantitative Reasoning

    Best GRE Score 163-170 165-170

    Competitive GRE Score 158-162 159-164

    Good GRE Score 152-158 153-158

    Below Average GRE Score 151 or below 152 or below

    The overall score of 310 is considered a solid baseline for most graduate programs in the institutions.A good GRE score for each section is generally considered 158+ for Verbal, 159+ for Quantitative, and 4.5+ for Writing, and an overall score of 318+
