what is the best line for future computer engineering/chemical engineering?

Computer Engineering is much better but it totally depends on your choice in which you have interest and you want to pursue it.

chemical is evergreen branch with good placements

Both are very good and have very good career prospect. If you want to go for higher studies, Chem engg will be better.

both are good,but chemical is going to be in always a steady demand ,but comp.sc is at a a hike now, what will happen latter , no one knows
