What is the best option after completing B.Sc Physics Hons. with 70% if I don't want to go for a master's degree.

Dear Hirak,
If you are not interested for going to Master's (through it is recommended), you can still make your career in various other fields depending upon what the skill set you have. After B.Sc. Hons, you can go for civil service exams like UPSE or any other defence organisation's exam. Or you can apply for Data Analyst jobs if you really having some good programming skills along with statistical analysis.
