Choice between MBA / MTech or job is the most common dilemma facing B Tech graduates. If you intend doing MTech, it will better to continue with education. However if you plan to do MBA it will ideal to go for job and gain 3 to 4 years experience to maximize your careers benefits after MBA. This app

If you can keep your motivation to study during work, it is advisable to do job and then go for MBA after 3 to 4 years experience.
