What is the best option after completing MBA: Job or PhD for better career prospects?

PhD can be pursued part time along with your job. If you are bound towards research and is willing to wait for three more years before you start earning, you can fully concentrate on doing a full time PhD. Part time PhD normally takes at least 7 years . For PhD, you will have to pursue course work o

If you wnat to go in corporate field not in teaching line then you may go for job , and today for Ph.d. there is only need 6 month course required regualr classes after taht you can continue your Ph.d. with your job

Dear Aasif, If you are interested for higher education and interested in Teaching than go for PH.D and if you want to go for work exp. than look for Job, if you tell me your specialization of MBA than i can suggest you some universities for PHD or companies for Jobs.i hope you can revert me ASAP.
