What is the best procedure to get admission in IIMs? I have completed my 10th from Bangalore.

Best option is to sit for CAT and target to score higher percentile (atleast 98 percentile). As you have just completed 10th, try to score at least 80-85 percent in 12th and prepare well for CAT during graduation.
