The best time for GRE Exam registeration depends on the admission deadlines and your preparations. Ideally, you should register for the Graduate Record Examination at least two weeks before the admission application deadline. Usually, ETS take 8 to 10 days to release the GRE score card. So, at the time of admission, you'll get results.
