What is the best way to get a job in software industry in India?
I am pursuing MCA from IGNOU and I want to get a job in software Industry.

Most important is being a good programmer. Otherwise, big private players would not employ you. They look for programmers with good mathematics background.
I am not sure how good you are with Mathematics and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like I mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and B.Tech (CS) applicants. 6 years agoYou need to choose any famous, powerful and high level language to increase your chances of getting a job in good industry. If you are a good programmer, only then you can get job in software industry. So, you can learn any of these programming languages. Hence, you can get a decent job in software industry. Thanks. -

If you have 1st division scores in 10th, 12th and graduation as well and you think you can score the same in MCA, then enroll yourself in AMCAT and ELitmus exams. IT companies make use of AMCAT and Elitmus scores to shortlist candidates and invite them for recruitment process where usually you will have technical and HR interview and may be GD.
