What is the best way to pursue a management course from the top colleges if I am a working professional (without entrance exam)?
I am having around 5 years of experience with PGDM in Marketing. Wants to do some professional courses in management from Reputed Institute like IIM, XLRI etc which could explore my profile also. As i am working guy can't prepare any entrance test. Please suggest me what to do?

You can enroll for executive MBA which is of one year and is basically meant for working professionals or you can either do courses like MMM, MHRDM, MFM, etc. which is a 3 year Masters degree offered by university for working professionals. Check with the institute in which you are planning to apply
