    CAT is the most popular entrance exam for admission in MBAs. However, a lot of good institutes also conduct their own open tests. Keeping in mind the preferred institute you need to decide which exam you want to give:

    See, CAT is the superior one, where it is used by more than half of the college's availing MBA but there are others as well Like MAT then XAT is only for Xavier's and Symbiosis also have its own personal test, and many more colleges as such, and about the best one I won't say which one is best but every such competitive exam has a good Competition, some has more as for CAT where some less. And what specialisation is good for you, it can only be seen by you, as there are many specialisations like finance, go for it if you think you can handle money matters well and have the guts to take money and play with it, Human Resource (HR), if yo

No, CAT scores are not compulosry for admissions to MBA course at Techno India University. Because the university considers scores from other entrance exams too, likewise, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ JEMAT/ TNJEE scores. Thus, you can get enrolement with CAT scores. However, it is not compulsory.
