In my understanding too, the advise given by @||Suryap2012|| seems to go really well with your qualification and profile. Yet, there are no such constraints to opt for any specialization and based on your interests you can opt any specialization.

Personnel management and industrial relations(PMIR) will be more aligned to law studies. SO try doing MBA in PMIR or HR.
