The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme (BSCC) was rolled out on 2nd October 2016 under the revolutionary 7 Nishchay Yojana. The September 2025 cabinet resolution, making all loans interest-free and increasing payment tenures has placed this scheme in the most powerful and supportive phase.
