Hi Devaj,
Well the Jobs in BPOs are seen to be very lucrative specially the ones who are keen for quick money. Giving any salary range would not be a possibility as this will depend on the company where you are applying for the job.

Starting Salary Would be Around 6,000 - 8,000 in Hand Not more than that. if you are Graduate.
