Medical laboratory technicians may earn around Rs.15K to Rs.20k per month, when starting off. The starting salary depends on numerous factors such as job profile, the profile of the employer, skills of the employee, employee qualification and job location. In the case of government job, the salary will depend on the grade of the employee and the pay band meant for that particular grade.
