What is the cancellation or refund policy for online courses at DNV?

<p dir="ltr">Cancellation, Transfer, Substitution, and "No-Show" Policy, as mentioned by DNV on their website, are as follows -</p><p dir="ltr">More than 30 days before the start date of the course, a registrant may:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Request to cancel a registration and receive a full refund or</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Request to transfer to a different class at no charge.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">15-29 days before the start date of the course:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Request to cancel a registration and receive a 50% refund, or</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Request a transfer to a different class and pay a fee of $100 to process a transfer.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">No refunds or transfers are provided less than 15 days before the course start date (including no-shows on the day of the course).</p><p dir="ltr">Substitutions (another person replacing a particular registrant in a course) is allowed without any additional charge.</p>
