The average salary of a Footwear Designer is INR 4.3 LPA in India. However, these salary packages can vary depending on the employer, job location, relevant experience, job position, expertise, etc. Meanwhile, the scope of Footwear Design in India is broad with ever-changing Fashion realm.
The demand for certain Designs and trends keeps on changing, and to keep up with the latest, companies need Designers' interventions and expertise. This also makes their job secure and highly-rewarding in the market.
