You could go for GWD (Graphics and Web Design) which would be a medium term course and has good prospects. Wish you the best for your career. Dear Vinay,
    Greetings !
Firstly , go for a course which is mix of:
    A. Web Design +Web Dev
Tools like: Scripting, Joomla, Drupal, Adobe Flex, Cold Fusion etc should be part of the syllabus including HTML, CSS etc
    or
    B. Web Design + VFX
Tools like Mocha, Smoke, After Effetcs with FCP will be a great choice.
If you are +2 pass then Bsc or Msc in Animation is a sought after degree and masters degree for people wanting to take a break in this industry.

Hi Vinay, web designing has been a very dynamic stream for graphic artistes and content creators. He/she should have proper knowledge of the content. Graphics like color, pattern, texture, etc should always be clear and effective.
Various web designing courses are offered by many popular institutes like ARENA, MAAC, Framebox, etc.
As for the fee structure, I would say that it varies almost every year so it would be tough to provide you with specific number. So, would suggest you to contact the desired institute personally for detailed help.
I am sending you link of top institutes which will help to achieve your goal.
