IIFT Delhi accepts only the score of IIFT test, whereas MDI Gurgaon accepts only CAT & GMAT scores. The cut-off for MDI is generally 95-96 percentile. -
IIFT does not accept CAT score. It accepts its own exam score. 95% above is needed though.

MDI, Gurgaon accepts CAT score. You need to score more than 96 %ile in them to have a chance to get a call for the next round. -
IIFT does not use CAT score and conducts it's own entrance exam for MBA. Candidates with 95 percentile and above can expect a call from MDI Gurgaon. -
For MDI Gurgaon, the cut-off was around 95 percentile this year but it keeps on changing.
For IIFT Delhi, they have separate IIFT exams. -
