For a general category student, minimum of 96 percentile is the cut-off. For SC/ST, it is less to 65-70 percentile.

The cutoff keep on changing every year as it depend on the relative scores of students. For IIMs, one needs to get 98 percentile in the general category and for reserved (OBS, ST, SC) category, it would be much lower.
