You have to score min 60% in CAT to get into good colleges. Yes, you can go to bank and see the list of procedures for initiating bank loan.

Good colleges (AICTE Affiliated) need minimum 50 % in Graduation. CAT/MAT ideally should be around 50 percentile to get a call from good college.
