What is the CAT cut-off for this college? Will I be able to get into this college with 33 marks and 14 percentile in the same?

It's very difficult to get admission with such percentile. As such SIESCOMS doesn't have any cut-off. You can still apply even if you have scored less marks in any entrance exams because 20% weightage is given to entrance exams and 80% weightage is given to further rounds like GD and two rounds of P

The CAT cut off is about 70 percentile. You have bleak chances of getting shortlisted.
